Cells rebuild and repair themselves while you sleep, so why not give your skin a leg up on the beautification process by indulging in a DIY facial before bedtime?

If you are on a budget, or just don’t have time to sift through the many choices in skincare out there, [this is] a great recipe from the kitchen,” says Vargas. “The strawberry tightens pores, the yogurt is soothing and is also a gentle exfoliant, while the honey is an awesome hydrator.”

What you’ll need:
– 1/2 Cup yogurt
– 1/2 Cup mashed strawberries
– 1/4 Cup honey
– Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix well.
– Massage onto your face, and leave on for 10-15 minutes.
– Rinse off, moisturize and get some sleep!
