Pumpkin certainly is a delicious seasonal ingredient, but there’s more than one reason why you should incorporate pumpkin into your skincare routine year-round. “Pumpkin, a fruit enzyme, is considered a natural ‘chemical’ from fruit and is a protein-digesting enzyme, which means that when applied topically it ‘eat dead skin cells,” says Kate Somerville.
